Life is a journey

Efer Christopherson is the founder of MF Coffee Roaster, LLC. Originally from Peru, he relocated to the United States at the age of six to undergo treatment for a vascular malformation, a hemangioma on the lower right side of his face. What was intended as a temporary stay became permanent when his condition required ongoing care. He was later adopted by the Christopherson family in Wisconsin, who provided him with a supportive home and community.

Efer completed high school at Aquinas and went on to study at Western Technical College and Minnesota State College Southeast. His education, combined with hands-on experience in marketing and sales, helped him build a strong foundation in business and shaped him into the person he is today. Drawing on both his professional experience and his cultural heritage, he is now focused on expanding his family's coffee business into the United States market.

Hobbies

Efer enjoys spending time with his German Shepherd, Caesar, who is not only his dog but also his best friend and emotional support animal. Together, they go urban mushing—Efer longboarding while Caesar runs alongside—or set out on adventurous scenic hikes. Active by nature, Efer thrives outdoors and has a passion for travel, exploration, and discovering new experiences. His hobbies include disc golf, swimming, rock climbing, logrolling. He is also an avid Green Bay Packers fan and especially enjoys watching them defeat the Vikings.

Efer is passionate about learning, understanding, and following God. He is inspired by creativity, motivated by new ideas, and dedicated to finding innovative solutions. His goal is to live a healthy, spiritual, and purposeful life with his family. He is also deeply committed to his family’s coffee business, where he strives to achieve sustainable growth and share not only their history but also the origins of the different coffee varieties they offer. Efer invests his time and energy into honoring family traditions while ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied at every step of their experience.
