Honey Catuai

Costa Rica has become renowned for its exceptional honey processed coffee. From Moravia in the Central Valley, we proudly introduce our first ever Honey Catuai. Catuai is a hybrid variety created by crossing Caturra and Mundo Novo, bringing together the qualities of both varieties. At MF Coffee Roastery, we highlight its unique character with a syrupy sweetness, subtle herbal notes, and hints of caramel. It offers a well rounded body, mild acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish.
